GOVERNANCE

Structure, Accountability, and Public Trust

SYCAA operates under a clear governance framework designed to ensure accountability, transparency, and responsible use of resources.

As a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) on the pathway towards Charity and IPC status, governance is not a formality. It is the foundation of how decisions are made, funds are managed, and public trust is maintained.
